ROCKMART, GA -- The 31st Annual Polk County Homespun Festival is set for July 18 - 19 in downtown Rockmart at Seaborn Jones Memorial Park, next to the Silver Comet Trail. The festival features handmade arts and crafts from around the Southeast, fun activities for the entire family, entertainment and food.

Homespun begins Friday, July 18, at 8 p.m. with a Gospel Music Concert. Saturday, July 19, starts bright and early with a 5-K run at 8 a.m. followed at 10 a.m. by a parade through downtown Rockmart. Other events include continuous live entertainment, the Rotary Club Duck Race, Kiwanis Car Show, and games for the kids.

There will be a variety of food including pizza, barbecue, hot dogs, hamburgers, funnel cakes, homemade ice cream, baked goods, shaved ice, lemonade, plenty of ice-cold Coca-Cola and more can be found throughout the park.
