Ads and/or photos may be submitted in jpeg or tiff or pdf format. If using other formats, please call to assure compatability. We require a resolution of 200 dpi or higher on all advertisements and photos. Glossy black and white or color prints also may be submitted for scanning. Reproduction quality of any pre-scanned ad or photo not meeting specifications cannot be guaranteed. |

Ad Design and Layout |
|
|
|
Southern Festivals will, at the advertiser’s request, create the ad. This service includes, but is not limited to: typesetting and layout design. The cost is $50 for each ad up to one-half page. Ads one-half page or larger cost $100. Any changes to the ad after approval cost $15. An ad proof will be provided prior to publication. |

Classified Ads |
|
|
|
Fifty cents per word, minimum twenty words. All Classified Ads must be prepaid at time of order. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. |
|
|
|
Calendar and Map Listings |
|
|
|
Calendar: $50 per event listed. For event advertisers the calendar listing is free with the display ad. |
|
|
|
Terms: Due Upon Receipt |
|
|
|
Invoices are sent with a copy of the current issue as a confirmation of the publication of an ad and are due upon receipt. |
